We want you to be fully satisfied with your PXG equipment and apparel. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a streamlined return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Prepaid Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
